  2. Course Not as Described: If the course content you purchased is not as described or does not meet the expectations set on the platform, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues preventing you from accessing the course, we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Courses that have been completed or accessed beyond 50% of the content.
  • Subscription-based services or memberships, unless specifically stated in the offer.
  • Any fees related to certification or exam attempts after they have been issued.

  • A description of the issue or reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the above conditions.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
